Senior Client Service Coordinator
Dain lives in Robbinsdale with his wife, son and dog. He enjoys spending free time with his family and friends, traveling, being outdoors, and cheering on Minnesota sports teams. The photo above was taken in Robbinsdale during the annual Whiz Bang Days celebration.
As Senior Client Service Coordinator, Dain is on the front line of providing excellent service for PrairieView’s clients and their accounts. His responsibilities include processing account withdrawals and contributions, assisting with account maintenance, scheduling client meetings, playing an important role in welcoming new clients, and much more.
Dain earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Luther College in 2009. He has previously worked in Client Service for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Dain brings over a decade of experience in client relationship management, account servicing, operations, and risk management, as well as proven dedication to providing exceptional service.
