Located at 413 Wacouta Street in downtown St. Paul, the Gilbert Building is one of the Upper Midwest's truly beautiful office buildings The building is named after its designer, American architectural legend Cass Gilbert. He is renowned for his designs of the U.S. Supreme Court Building, the Woolworth Building in Manhattan and the Minnesota State Capitol. The Gilbert Building opened in 1893 and it is on the National Register of Historic Places.

PARKING OPTIONS

Option 1 - Our reserved spot
The second space in the small parking lot adjacent to our building at 413 Wacouta Street, just 25 feet from the building’s front door, is reserved for our clients.

Option 2 - Visitor spots

Two spaces on the west end of the parking lot adjacent to our building are reserved for visitors on a first come, first served basis. There is a two hour time limit.

Option 3 - Meter parking (parking card)

There is ample meter parking on Wacouta Street in front of our building, around Mears park a half block south, and on nearby streets. We have a parking card allowing us to add time to these meters.
